These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agatha, an AI-powered project management application for Google Chat ("the Service"). By using Agatha, you agree to these Terms.

Agatha is a Google Chat app that helps teams manage tasks, documents, and meeting notes. The Service includes integration with Google Workspace (Chat, Tasks, Drive, Calendar) and AI-powered features such as document summarization and Q&A.

You must have a valid Google Workspace account and appropriate permissions to use Agatha. When you sign in or connect services (e.g., Google Tasks), you authorize Agatha to access and use your Google data as needed to provide the Service.

You agree to use Agatha only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any systems
