• Google account information — Your Google email address, display name, and Chat user ID when you interact with Agatha in Google Chat or sign in to the web app.
• Chat and project data — Messages you send to Agatha, Chat space names linked to projects, and project-related data (tasks, documents, meetings) that you create or link through the app.
• Document content — When you ask Agatha to save a Google Doc or meeting notes, we store the document content in our database to provide summarization, task extraction, and Q&A features.
• OAuth tokens — If you connect your Google Tasks account via OAuth, we store access and refresh tokens to create tasks on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve Agatha's functionality (task creation, document summarization, meeting notes, etc.)
• Respond to your messages and commands in Google Chat
• Send optional email summaries when tasks are assigned from documents
• Process your questions through AI services (e.g., Google Gemini) when you ask open-ended questions

3. Third-Party Services

Agatha integrates with Google Workspace APIs (Chat, Tasks, Drive, Calendar) and may use Google Gemini or other AI services. Data sent to these services is subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account and projects are active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and secure storage. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for the purposes you authorize.
